The innovative development of the new version was based on a lot of experience gained with the previous model. That’s why MAMUT PRO is also characterized by incredible strength and durability. The gear ratio of 3.8:1 combined with 7 inox ball bearings ensures smooth and silent run, even in case of extreme overload.

There has been a significant change in the materials used for main parts. To keep it lightweight but still durable, the reel has a carbon rotor and body. Plus, we decided to keep the tried and tested internal gear mechanism. This technology improves the run even more and ensures good reliability in case of overload.

You can rely on the Power Drag brake when reeling in the fish, and carbon washer pads will allow you to precisely control the braking force. The braking power is 20 kg to give you maximum control over the biggest fish.

The high-capacity deep metal spool is sturdy and suitable when you need a lot of line for long-distance bait placement or when you’re using a braided line for catfish fishing.
